Because we provide digital services, coaching sessions, consultations, and personalized guidance, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are generally considered final. Coaching and consultation services require the allocation of time, expertise, preparation, and resources that cannot be recovered once reserved.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Results may vary based on individual circumstances, participation, and personal commitment.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, financial gains, spiritual experiences, or personal transformations.
- Dissatisfaction with a service does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Deposits & Refunds
We understand that life can present unexpected circumstances and emergencies.
If a cancellation issue occurs on our behalf, we will gladly return your deposit in full for any inconvenience caused.
For virtual sessions booked in advance, clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time and receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
If an unexpected circumstance arises within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, clients may reschedule their session for a later date and time within seven (7) days of the original appointment date.
Please note:
- Clients are permitted one (1) reschedule only.
- Rescheduled appointments must occur within seven (7) days of the original session date.
- Failure to reschedule within the allotted seven-day period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Additional reschedule requests beyond the first approved reschedule will not be granted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited.
No refund, credit, replacement session, or transfer will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.
Cancellations by Guidance To Flow
In the event that Guidance To Flow must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered one of the following options:
- A full refund of any deposit paid; or
- A rescheduled appointment at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider.
We are committed to working in good faith to address any issues and reach a fair resolution whenever possible.
